Juan’s new role is part of a deliberate strategy, deepening DA's commitment to being at the forefront of M&E and digital transformation in the public and social sectors. It is also a response to growing demand for DA's partners in government and the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, who continue to seek to drive accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness through robust measurement, adaptive learning, and digital innovation. DA’s aspiration is to be the best in the world at meeting this demand.
