Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Victor worked in the Dominican Republic helping gain approval for law reforms to improve the coverage of mandatory health insurance and increase pensions. To gain support for these reforms, Victor researched, built models, led impact evaluations, explained the reforms’ social benefits before Congress, and even went on national television to describe the reforms’ benefits to citizens.
