Timur is part of a team working to set up a social impact fund in Qatar, which operates in partnership between government and international private organisations.

At the Ministry of Culture in Uzbekistan, Timur oversaw programmes at the national level with a focus on delivering impact. His experience centered around identifying needs, developing the right problem-solving approaches and generating meaningful results for citizens. 

In this role, he was also on the steering committee for the British Council’s Creative Central Asia Network, which exists to foster Central Asia’s creative economy. He worked with museums and small producers such as artisans and handmakers to support their growth.
