Delivery Experience
Talia is working across multiple projects, building logical strategic frameworks to capture a diverse pool of work. She is also supporting the development of government transition teams through process design and inclusive community engagement.
Other Experience
Prior to joining Delivery Associates, Talia managed an accelerator program, supporting topic experts to create and deliver actionable curricula to an audience of local governments. The aim was to spread awareness and encourage replication of evidence-based programs and policies. Through strong partnerships, strategic design, and facilitation, cities across the US made progress towards the implementation of programs and policies like guaranteed income, mobile crisis response, and tenant right to legal counsel.
