Delivery Experience

Sarah has worked extensively in education, including supporting the New Zealand Ministry of Education and the NSW Department of Education. 

In 2019, Sarah worked for the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit of The Bahamas, where she supported the Head of the unit to deliver on the government's priorities and build the delivery unit's capability. This included driving work in priorities for education, climate change and infrastructure. Following Hurricane Dorian, she also assisted the government with the immediate humanitarian crisis response and planning for reconstruction.

Sarah currently works with government clients and a major Australian tech company.

Other Experience

For three years, Sarah was part of the NSW Premier's Implementation Unit, where she used deliverology to support implementation of the Premier's Priorities for education, public health, social policy, justice and infrastructure. She was also an Associate Director at NSW Treasury in the Commissioning Unit, where she applied systems thinking and human-centred design to solve complex problems in policy areas including education, justice, human services and health.
