Delivery Experience
From country-level strategy and implementation roadmaps and programs to large, multilateral institutions, Sameer works with leaders around the world to set up Delivery Units and use technology to deliver solutions at scale. He leads delivery workshops and training programs for bureaucrats across seven countries, with specific sector experience in health, education, water, waste management, FDI, public services, employment and poverty alleviation.
