Delivery Experience
Romina currently supports the World Health Organisation (WHO) at the program, regional, and country levels to track and drive outcomes in pursuit of the Triple Billion targets. Through monitoring, data-driven routines, and periodic stocktakes, the WHO is continuously improving its approach, while also building capacity for ongoing delivery.
She has also advised the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit (PMDU) in The Bahamas as they identified key priorities, set targets and indicators, and drove the implementation of their plans.
Romina provided early capacity building and ongoing coaching and mentorship to city leaders in the Bloomberg Philanthropies Mayors Challenge program in Latin America as they implemented programs across the region. Romina facilitated consistent, data-driven routines and convenings to share learnings and best practices between cities.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Romina served as Adviser to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Norway in Brasilia, focusing on climate change, sustainability, and Congress and managing a portfolio of >$1B in grants.
She also worked at EloGroup, Brazil, implementing agile methodology to deliver results and build capacity in government.
