Rodrigo helped create a five-year plan to improve literacy rates in Brazil. His work involved designing a performance management model for the initiative and modeling nation-wide literacy trajectories. He also helped local governments improve their capacity for public construction projects and social care.

As a data scientist at a gender-based violence NGO, Rodrigo informed decision-making through generating reports and conducting observational studies to test hypotheses. In this role, he facilitated an entire PDIA cycle to help the organization define their challenges and discover potential solutions.
