Melissa has more than five years of experience in the development sector. She has helped local and international organizations implement projects with local governments, and has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation (including developing performance indicators and follow-up mechanisms for 100+ projects). Melissa works to ensure that projects reach their desired impact and outcomes.

Prior to joining DA, Melissa worked for an international development organization as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager. In this role, she helped develop monitoring and evaluation plans for more than 100 interventions.
