Other Experience

Prior to joining DA, Marion reimagined an organization's onboarding and offboarding processes. She co-led a project reviewing the company's global benefits package by conducting extensive research into benchmarking data and cost modeling. The proposal was approved and was well received upon implementation, which improved the employee experience. Marion also co-created a “Flexible Workplace” policy during the pandemic, allowing employees to work from anywhere in the world (for a certain amount of time each year). The policy generated great morale among employees, helped to reduce attrition rates and improved the company’s employee net promoter score.
