Delivery Experience

Manuel is part of DA’s LAC team and is currently supporting the Bahamian government to accomplish their priorities under the Prime Minister’s delivery unit.

Other Experience

Prior to joining DA, Manuel worked for the British Embassy in Lima where he secured support for the Biodiverse Landscape Fund to operate in Peru; pushed for UK support for Peru's oil spill environmental crisis; and led the implementation of COP26 international objectives on adaptation, youth engagement, and transport in Peru. He also led the UK's Chevening Scholarship Programme in Peru, increasing its visibility and outreach, enhancing internal procedures, and securing a partnership to increase the number of scholars.
