Kirsche predominately runs the Chairman's office, but is also a behind-the-scenes expert. She is skilled in organising effective retreats and meetings for board members and shareholders, and leading the important work on IT and data security.

Prior to joining DA, Kirsche worked at Pearson Ventures for 10 years. It was there that Kirsche discovered what she's really good at, what she enjoys doing, and who she loves working with. She is currently studying law at The Open University University in her spare time.
