She has extensive experience working collaboratively with senior government leaders, private sector actors, and bilateral/multilateral organisations to design and implement key strategic priorities in agriculture, health, industrial development, and education.

Delivery Experience
Khady Marième is supporting the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the Lives and Livelihoods Fund (LLF) in the design and implementation of an adaptive Results Based Management (aRBM) system for their project portfolio, which covers investments in agriculture, health, and social infrastructure. She works closely with senior stakeholders within the Ministry of Health in Burkina Faso to improve access to primary health care and nutrition in four priority regions. She provides technical expertise in aRBM through developing monitoring tools, strengthening project implementation plans, building effective data systems (including the design of data collection and analysis tools), and rolling out a dashboard to track progress against project indicators.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Khady Marième was a project manager at Dalberg Advisors, where she led key engagements including the design of Senegal's new industrialisation policy and action plan, as well as the evaluation of various initiatives in the agriculture, health, and education sectors. She also led various projects to support the BMGF and the Rockefeller Foundation in the assessment and implementation of key priorities to improve the response to COVID-19 in West Africa. She is passionate about disability inclusion in developing countries, particularly in the Senegalese landscape.
