Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Kelly spent six years with Teach For America where she served as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she revamped the enterprise-wide onboarding experience to center racial equity and improve the employee experience. Prior to her time at Teach For America, she spent four years leading education innovation projects in schools and school systems from Boston, MA, to Nairobi, Kenya.
