Summary
Gui is a strong believer in the power of Delivery Units and capacity building to transform the way governments operate – and generate meaningful impact for the people they serve. He has helped governments and multilateral organizations establish and train Delivery Units who have gone on to achieve significant gains in global health, economic development, and more.

Delivery Experience
Gui has led collaborations across Latin America, working closely with the governments of Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Bahamas, and Guyana, as well as cities in the Bloomberg Latin American cohort. His delivery impact has focused on setting up Delivery Units, fast-tracking delivery planning and implementation, and building capacity through formal training and coaching.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Gui worked with the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe as a consultant for the Division of Health Systems and Public Health.
