Delivery Experience
Francisca supported the Puerto Rico Department of Education to define and deliver on their priorities. She engaged with agency leaders to articulate initiatives and metrics focused on student results, helping implement routines to booster collaboration and track progress. She also partnered with a mayor-led advocacy organization to better understand the municipal finance landscape for migrant integration initiatives and provide practical recommendations for stakeholders.
Other Experience
As a management and strategic consultant, Francisca advised organizations in Latin America on strategic planning, organizational issues and project management in multiple industries such as mining, agriculture and banking. She also worked at the Ministry of National Assets in Chile, monitoring priority programs and collaborating with internal teams to problem solve and overcome implementation barriers.
