She is passionate about fostering childhood development, using evidence to inform public policies, and creating effective policies to improve the lives of the most vulnerable.

Francisca is working on a landscape assessment for Bloomberg Philanthropies.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Francisca worked with the President’s Office at the Government of Chile, where she led the implementation of the Child Protection reform. She also served as the Policy and Training Manager for J-PAL’s Latin America and Caribbean regional office, and worked at Chile’s Social Development Ministry.
