Summary
Fay has 6+ years’ experience in international development and impact evaluation research, with a focus on education, governance, and workforce development programs in Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining DA, she was Senior Research Manager for a development economics research group at Harvard Kennedy School. She holds an MPA/International Development from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Government and French from Dartmouth.

Delivery Experience
Fay is currently working with the Gates Foundation and the Islamic Development Bank on the strategic review and refresh of the Lives and Livelihoods Fund, an innovative development financing initiative fighting poverty in North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Other Experience
In her previous role as Senior Research Manager at Harvard Kennedy School, Fay spearheaded the design and development of a new global cross-sectoral policy research initiative that focused on addressing the lasting challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in international development. She also built strategic partnerships with governments, foundations, and researchers across a number of countries.
