Delivery Experience
Emily leads product development for the Delivery Institute, where she is passionate about providing services and content that helps colleagues at Delivery Associates and our partner organisations make change happen.
Emily's work in the Institute is grounded in her extensive experience in Delivery Units, including direct delivery support to multiple State Ministries of Health in Nigeria, the Ministry of Education Delivery Unit in Ethiopia, and the Premier's Delivery Unit in Western Australia. She was originally embedded in the Ugandan Prime Minister's Delivery Unit, working on cross-sectoral priorities. Her work with these partners includes relationship and coalition building, capacity-building workshops, and the realisation of outcomes through Delivery Units and the government ministries they help.
Emily has also contributed to DA's global response work on COVID-19, including the Global Pathfinder Report.
Other Experience
Before joining DA, Emily established and scaled STIR Education, a systems-strengthening organisation designed to bring focus to the importance of intrinsic motivation at every level of Uganda's education system.
Emily has also independently consulted on strategies for the Department for International Development (DfID), the UN Education Commission, and philanthropic foundations across the region. She has also founded a design thinking studio focused on equitable local governance: the WILDcard.
