Delivery Experience
Derek is working on the NYC team to advance racial and economic equity measures in low-income areas of the city through collaborations with the city government.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Derek was an Associate at Vital Strategies, where he played a crucial role in developing the Global Grants Program. There, Derek implemented new workflows that streamlined program processes and led to an expansion of the program. Additionally, he worked closely with Latin American and African government partners on the development and deployment of several data-measuring tools that are now being used by their respective governments as policy-making resources.
