As part of the founding team, Denise has worked across every aspect of Delivery Associates from its inception to current day. Now, as Head of Operations, Denise ensures that we apply our signature focus on implementation, data-driven performance management, collaborative problem solving, and outcomes for everyday people to our internal processes as much as we do our partner engagements.

Prior to joining Delivery Associates, Denise was the Business Manager for the Office of the Chief Education Officer at Pearson; she held operational roles at McKinsey & Company. Her masters thesis was in operational and organisational effectiveness in virtual organisations.
