With a focus on improving the lives of rural and underserved communities, he has delivered several analytical and strategy projects as well as implemented impactful delivery initiatives in the agriculture and public health sectors.

Delivery Experience
Biniyam is supporting Ethiopia’s Oromia Health Bureau (subnational government) to drive accelerated implementation of priority initiatives to improve health services in the country’s public facilities.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Biniyam improved data-driven decision-making at national levels in Ethiopia by helping senior government stakeholders improve data management systems and routines. He also supported the development of a five-year implementation plan to enhance the agricultural production and productivity of market-oriented crops in Ethiopia.
