Delivery Experience
Anna leads Delivery Associates' engagements across the Asia Pacific. Her previous and current delivery efforts are focused on supporting governments in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific to implement ambitious goals using the Deliverology approach.
Other Experience
Anna was a founding member of the New South Wales Premier's Implementation Unit, a world-leading delivery unit centered on supporting government agencies to deliver the Premier's Priorities. Anna led the team during the development of the latest round of Priorities as NSW transitioned from the 2015-2019 Priorities to the 2019-2023 Priorities. In supporting agencies to deliver on these targets, Anna's work concentrated on health, education, planning and the environment. Prior to that, Anna worked in the health and public sector practice of a major consulting firm with a focus on change management and learning and development.
