Prior to joining DA, Andrew was the project lead on a strategic product portfolio redesign project. His team designed a survey instrument, then used the instrument to obtain a dataset that provided deep insight into consumer behavior and needs. This insight fundamentally changed their client’s approach to product design, development, and marketing.
