Prior to joining DA, Andrea held multiple roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). As an IT Recruiter, she served as a communications liaison between the onsite team and the offshore team in India. In her work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Andrea supported international teams’ recruitment processes. She was known for learning new markets quickly, adapting easily, hiring excellent candidates, and communicating effectively. Andrea has also worked for Uber, providing training and support for new drivers.
