Adarsh is currently working with partner organizations on strategy for United States education-to-workforce public data systems in order to help practitioners and policymakers implement evidence-based reforms to equitably improve education outcomes.

Prior to joining DA, Adarsh worked primarily in public health implementation and policy alongside government partners in contexts ranging from rural health clinics to urban refugee camps.

Examples of his past work include producing policy recommendations for the New York City Department of Public Health on how to tackle racial and insurance payer segregation in hospitals, designing and implementing a modeling tool for governmental and NGO leaders to measure progress towards universal health coverage targets, and co-leading a primary healthcare costing analysis with the Ministry of Health in Sierra Leone that informed the expansion of national health services.

Adarsh also has experience working as a community organizer and professional actor.
