Delivery Experience
Abiola is working on a performance management project in Benin focused on sexual and reproductive health. His team is helping the Ministry of Health to implement both their priorities and those of the Initiative for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ISRHR). Specifically, they are implementing a performance management system to understand how the client’s interventions have generated impact in Benin and to direct funding to the highest-value interventions.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Abiola worked with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) to strengthen the campaign digitization landscape and increase a Ministry of Health’s ownership and governance on a key component of health. He also worked as a consultant at Deloitte, where he supported human resources management and helped a local industry to raise capital for scale-up.
